DEVICES
All devices, including regulated mods, come with a 14-day Manufacturer’s
Warranty . We will EXCHANGE ONLY for manufacturer defects during this
period. CBD devices must be returned clean for any exchanges to be considered.
NO REFUNDS.
BATTERIES & CHARGERS
We offer a 24-hour DOA (Dead On Arrival) warranty for batteries and chargers.
Please check your items immediately after purchase. If they are not working, return
them within 24 hours for an exchange.
COILS
NO EXCHANGES on coils, unless they are DOA . You must test them
immediately and return within 24 hours for any issues.
DISPOSABLES
Please try your disposable devices in-store before leaving. No exchanges once they leave the store.
DELTA PRODUCTS
For Delta products (carts and disposables) , please inspect the items before
purchase for any leaks. We offer a 24-hour exchange policy for leaks or
malfunctions, but they must be reported immediately .
● Delta flower and gummies : No exchanges unless there is a visible issue like
melted gummies or dried-out flower upon purchase.

Please check the seals of Kratom and Tianeptine products in-store. No
exchanges will be made once they leave the store.
GLASS ITEMS
All glassware, glass accessories, and storage containers are FINAL SALE .
Please inspect these items carefully before leaving the store as no refunds or
exchanges are available once they are purchased.
NITROUS OXIDE & E-JUICE
No exchanges or refunds on Nitrous Oxide products or juice once they have left the store.
KNICK-KNACKS & MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
Most small accessory items or knick-knacks are FINAL SALE and will not be
eligible for exchange or refund.
GENERAL POLICIES
All items must be returned with their original packaging and proof of purchase. If a product cannot be
exchanged due to lack of stock, STORE CREDIT will be offered. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS .
